14-Day Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a Pro purchase, contact us within 14 days of your order for a full refund. Because our products are digital, we may ask for a brief reason to help us improve.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@auroradeck.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after 14 days, or for free skins, cannot be processed. Abuse of this policy (e.g. repeated buy-and-refund) may result in declined requests.
